Confidentiality

Your privacy is respected. I don't share your contact information or anything shared during a session. If sharing something could genuinely benefit you, I'll ask your written permission first.

By using this site or purchasing a service, you agree to hold MERRIQUE harmless from any claims, injuries, damages, losses, or legal action arising from services provided. Completing a purchase means you accept this.

I reserve the right to change this site, its content, or these terms at any time.

Nature of the Work

Ritual and spirit work take time. Results depend on your engagement, intention, and consistency. Indecision slows the outcome, and the work is only as effective as your follow-through. No outcome can be guaranteed, since it depends as much on you as it does on me.

Some offerings are self-directed; others, like bespoke rituals and spells, are work I perform on your behalf. Either way, by engaging with this work, you accept full responsibility for your own choices, actions, and well-being.

I only take on work I know how to do well, and I reserve the right to decline or cancel a booking at any time, with notice.

Digital Rituals

All ritual downloads are delivered immediately upon purchase. All sales are final. If you did not receive your download, contact me with your order confirmation and I will resend it.

Distance Reiki

Sessions can be canceled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time, no charge. Inside that window, or if you don't show, the session is forfeited. I will reach out once at your scheduled time and wait 15 minutes before marking it missed. To book again after a missed or late session, a new appointment is purchased at full price. Cancelled or rescheduled sessions will be confirmed by email.

Guided Immersion — $500 / 30 Days

You may cancel for a full refund within 24 hours of purchase. After that, cancellations, no-shows, or discontinuing an immersion once it has begun are non-refundable, but eligible for credit toward a future service. I will make every effort to accommodate your credit within a reasonable timeframe. Credit expires six months from the date it's issued.

The Blessing

After purchase, I will follow up for any additional details needed and confirm your delivery date. You have 24 hours from purchase to cancel for a full refund. After that, all sales are final, but eligible for store credit toward a future service. I will make every effort to accommodate within a reasonable timeframe. Credit expires six months from the date it is issued.

If requested details (such as a photo) are not provided, your blessing will be completed using the information available at the time. Delayed or missing information does not extend deadlines or entitle you to a refund or credit.

Bespoke Rituals & Spells

Bespoke work may be created for your own use, or performed on your behalf when requested. I decide on a case-by-case basis whether a request is something I'm willing to take on, and I only take on work rooted in positive intention.

Transferring Appointments

Appointments and sessions are not transferable to another person. If you'd like to gift a session, contact me directly beforehand so it can be arranged properly.

Pricing

Prices are subject to change at any time. The price at the time of purchase is what applies to your order; future changes do not apply retroactively. Discounts, when offered, apply only to specific services or products and cannot be combined with other offers. Payment is due in full at the time of purchase or booking.

Right to Refuse

I reserve the right to refuse or discontinue any service. If I discontinue a session for reasons that compromise the privacy or integrity of my practice, you will be notified and any paid amount will be refunded.

Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute for a service you received, rather than contacting me directly, is a violation of these terms. This includes false claims that a service was not provided, not as described, or unsatisfactory, made in order to obtain a refund outside of this policy. I will contest all unauthorized chargebacks with full documentation of the service provided, and reserve the right to pursue the matter in small claims court to recover any resulting fees or losses. Before filing a dispute, please reach out. I want every client to be genuinely satisfied, and I'd rather work it out directly than have it come to that.
